- We do not offer refunds for sanitary products that are delivered in good condition and without defects, due to hygiene and safety concerns.
- Refunds are only applicable in cases of a verified manufacturing defect or if the wrong product has been delivered.
- If eligible, refund requests must be made within 48 hours of product delivery with valid proof (e.g., photos or video).
- Once approved, the refund credit may take 10–15 business days to reflect in your original payment method.
Return Policy
- Returns are accepted only if the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
- You must report such issues within 48 hours of delivery, along with photo/video evidence.
- All returned products will undergo a quality inspection before the return is approved.
- You have 48 hours from the time of delivery to report an issue. If the claim is deemed valid, you have an additional 7 days to return the item.
Restocking Fees
- If a return is accepted and the product packaging has been opened or tampered with, a restocking fee may apply.
- This fee covers handling, inspection, and product disposal costs for safety reasons.
Shipping & Handling
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless stated otherwise during the return approval.
Exclusions
- Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.
- Returns are not accepted for minor packaging damage that does not affect the product itself.
- We do not offer product exchanges. However, in the event that you receive a damaged or defective item, you will be eligible for a refund.
